General Conditions


You can register in the following way :

  • You complete the registration form.
  • You send the registration form by email to or you send it by post to cosmocollege, spillemansstraat 10, 2140 Antwerp.
  • You will then receive a confirmation and an invoice within 48 hrs BY EMAIL
  • You will then immediately send us a deposit of 250€
  • The balance has to be paid at least 4 weeks before the start of your course.
  • Upon receipt of the balance, we will send you final information such as your accommodation details.
  • For late enrollments (1 week or less before the start of the course) there is an extra cost of 45 €.


All cancellations need to be done in writing.

The cancellation costs are:

  • up to 6 weeks before the start of the course : 250€
  • up to 7 days before departure: 65% of the total amount
  • less than 7 days before arrival: the total amount

Once a course has started, no refund will be made if the course is curtailed. In exceptional circumstances, and for long term bookings, a credit note can be given for the remaining months, not yet started. This decision has to be made by the school director and an administration fee will be applied.

Course extension

An administrative fee of 45€ will be applied


There are no group courses on public holidays. A full list can be obtained on demand. There is no reimbursement for these lessons. All individual lessons, however, will be rescheduled.


Students are to conform to the school rules. Students arriving 15 minutes or more after the start of the class, can work in the study class and join their group after the coffee break. Any drug abuse or intervention of the local police will be sanctioned by termination of the course, without any refund.
In all other situations where a student repeatedly does not conform to the school rules the following procedure applies :

  • Oral warning by the teacher
  • Oral warning by the Director
  • Written warning from the Director to the student, copy sent to the agent/parents
  • If the problems continue, the student will be sent from the school, without any refund.
  • Complaints

    Complaints should be made by the student to the school principal or in Breda to the local representative. If, according to the student, the problem is not resolved the student can contact his or her agent who will intervene on behalf of his client. All complaints should be made DURING the stay.
