During the summer Antwerp is more than ever, a bustling city. And you can also feel that on cosmocollege. The emphasis is on the spoken language: debates, conversations, presentations, listening exercises and language games. You will learn new words, improve your sentence structures and will work on your diction. But there are also workshops on grammar.

The combination course is a course that combines 6 individual lessons with interactive group lessons. During the individual part you work around those things that are important to you. This part is fully customized. You can, for example, work on your pronunciation (diction) or add special vocabulary in connection with your studies or extra conversation. The teacher contacts the student before arrival, so that the contents of the program can be discussed.

The combination course plus combines 9 or 12 individual lessons with interactive group lessons. During the individual part you work around those things that are important to you. The teacher contacts the student before arrival, so that the contents of the program can be discussed.

Students who have enrolled for this course will be taught in a separate mini group of a maximum of 6 students. Usually, however, the group only counts 4 participants. The program consists of 20 (full) hours per week, of which about half focuses on Dutch in a professional setting.

Balanced program for students with little or no prior knowledge of Dutch. The program is fully customized and takes into account the participant’s native language, objectives and possible prior knowledge.
