The combination course plus combines 9 or 12 individual lessons with interactive group lessons. During the individual part you work around those things that are important to you. This part is fully customized. You can, for example, work on your pronunciation (diction) or add special vocabulary in connection with your studies or extra conversation. The teacher contacts the student before arrival, so that the contents of the program can be discussed.
The course consists of 20 group lessons in the morning (4 lessons / day), combined with 9 or 12 individual lessons (3 lessons / 3 or 4 times a week).
Outside classes, students can go to the study class for extra exercises until 4.30 pm. There is always assistance available to help you find the right study material: listening exercises, exercises on grammar, reading exercises with assignments.
There are computers available, but we encourage students to bring their own laptop. There is wireless internet throughout the school.
One of the things that are typical of cosmocollege is the close contact between teachers and students. Each student is personally followed. We employ a maximum of 25 students per period and there are never more than 9 participants in a class (from 2018). Sometimes there are even classes with only 3 or 4 students …
The individual lessons are of course given by a private teacher.
Students from 18 years old are welcome in this course. 17-year-olds are admitted with a favorable advice from the study director and a written authorization from the parents.
Every Monday between 08/01/2018 and 14/12/2018.
A1+, A2, B1 and B2.
No beginners or low elementary. They must participate in a course for beginners.
Students with a C1 level must contact us for a customized program.
For students who want to work more intensively in a shorter period of time or special objectives (see above). This is the most suitable program for students who are preparing for a language exam or second during the summer.
For participants who mainly want to focus on the spoken language / They should keep in mind that writing and reading are also part of the group lessons.
